“As a student here, I learn something new every day. I am constantly learning in the classroom, but a lot of my growth has taken place outside of it. All of the new experiences I’ve been exposed to have opened my eyes to a new world.”

At the University of Rochester, our students pursue knowledge with curiosity, and the student experience is central to their success. It’s not just about helping them to complete a degree—it’s about fostering a vibrant, welcoming environment where students grow intellectually, socially, and personally.
Your support makes possible the programs, people, and spaces that shape student growth. Empower them through hands-on research, real-world internships, and transformative experiences beyond the classroom. Help reimagine their living and learning environments—with cutting-edge technology, welcoming spaces, and the resources they need to thrive. By investing in their experience, you help our students become resilient, compassionate leaders.
Join us in developing leaders, ever better.

The Food Pantry provides essential support to students and postdocs experiencing food insecurity, offering access to a variety of non-perishable items. Expanding the pantry will allow more individuals to browse in person or request a prepacked bag for pickup, helping to ensure that no member of the University community goes without food.
Give to improve and modernize student spaces
The new Transitions and Student Success Office will provide compassionate support for students navigating personal, health, or mental health challenges. By easing the time-away and return process, this office will help students pause with dignity, reengage with confidence, and successfully continue their educational journey.
